Nature and role of The Dealers

The Dealers is a discovery, directory and introduction service for vintage furniture, lighting, decor, art and design. At launch, The Dealers does not process payments or transactions between buyers and dealers.

Sales, prices, availability, delivery terms, warranties and transaction disputes are handled by the relevant dealer and buyer. Detailed rules are set out in the Terms of Use.

Intellectual property

The Dealers’ structure, interface, original text, brand and materials created by IOAH are protected by applicable rights. Photographs, descriptions, trademarks and other content originating from dealers or third parties remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Report content or request a correction

A rights holder, dealer or other concerned person may report manifestly unlawful content, an infringement of rights, a factual error, or request review of a dealer profile.
